The idea of exercise is to get results and get the most out of it. While exercising, your body goes through changes physically, and can only take so much. By doing this, you will be repairing the muscles that you have broken down during exercise.

Massage works to release chronic muscle tension or knots. Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.
