The following are things you can do daily to maintain a healthy body:

  • Cardiovascular exercise
  • Drink lots of water to flush out toxins
  • Hot shower or bath
  • Lighten your load physically and mentally
  • Strength Training
  • Stretching
  • Yoga
A healthy body coupled with massages is a great way to keep your body in tip-top shape.
